Policies

-Vaccinations

All new clients must have proof of vaccination for all grooming services.

Dogs need  Rabies  1yr. or 3 yr.
  DHLPP  every year DHLPP is a combination vaccine for Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus, Para-influenza.
  Bordetella (Kennel cough) at least once a year it is recommended every 6 months.

Cats need  Rabies 1 yr.

When pets are updated with their vaccines please bring in their updates for our records.

-Appointments

All pets must have a prescheduled appointment.  You may call and see if we have an opening on the same day.
Most times we need to schedule you 1 or 2 days out.

If you are more than 30 minutes late you may need to reschedule your appointment.  Please call as soon as you know you are running late.

-Restraints

All dogs need to be leashed coming and going from the salon for their safety. Cats need to come in a crate.  

Additional Charges may apply if

Your dogs or cats are heavily matted.
Your dogs or cats have fleas or ticks.
Dogs or Cats who are aggressive and need to be muzzled.
Dogs or Cats who bite.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason at our sole discretion.
